custom keybinding (xbox and pc only)

why not make a feature in the settings where you can set an secondary ability to any keybind you want? (besides the keybinds that require you to move/control your avatar ofc.) it would be really simple ngl. i personally want it just to access my R ability quicker (ex. i use B button instead of Y on console cause it closer to A button)
