I already had a difficult start with this customer to Begin with which is possibly the reason why he's making the return appeal.

I was selling these shoes for 110€ which is a reasonable price considering how much I've paid for them originally. Either way he send a price offer of a whooping 70€ which I declined.
After some discussion he bought the shoes for 95€.

But now that the shoes have arrived he wants to return them because they allegedly don't fit.
Which as far as I understand isn't even a valid reason to return it?? The guidelines say that you can only return items if they're not as described which isn't the case here.
I made sure to put all the measurements into the description since I myself am someone with bigger calves and I know the struggle lol.
But yeah basically I know that the problem isn't on my side because I measured it all myself and even double checked them.
The customer claims that everything is in perfect condition but it simply doesn't fit them.
I tried reasoning with him and even asked if he actually checked the measurements before buying but instead he just ignored everything I said and just kept saying they don't fit.

I guess I'll censor the pictures since idk how ethical it is privacy wise to just post them here but from what I see he's not even trying to close them in the picture?
All the straps are open so he didn't even try closing them apparently. But I'm not here to argue about whether they actually fit him or not, I just find it very suspicious.

But yeah I like genuinely have no idea what to do rn. I'm 100% convinced he's just doing it to get back at me for not wanting to take the 40€ off the original listing price.

I reported that I have an issue with the refund request.
I'm just gonna hope that vinted customer service is actually going to be decent for once and approve the appeal. Unfortunately I can't even describe the issue to them, all I can do I ask them to review the appeall...
