Men how satisfied with you with your social life currently?

How much are you satisfied with it? I assume if you have kids and are busy all the time you are satisfied because you have other responsibilities to cater to and it makes sense to not be doing things with your friends, or the other direction, you have plenty of time to use on social things but do not. How satisfied are you?
