England waiting on pip assessment

I was told to ask for a reassessment got pip as i dont get mobility allowance and i was worried about losing my daily living but the citizens advice woman said that had never happened and I had to listen to her so I've been waiting 8 weeks since my assessment and I called up and they said there was a decision made but they can't tell me what it is. But I only get post about twice a month so I don't know when the next post is due but the assessment line said £417.61 and its normally £440.40 so does that mean I've lost my pip?
