Pokopia preorder on my nintendo store

So i preordered the game digital edition on Nintendo Store, still wasn’t charged still didn’t get my download code.

Will support refund me if I just cancel my order to just buy the game through the eShop? I got my week end to play the game but I don’t want to pay for it twice, as good as the game seems to be
