Is it safer to put a via in the 2.4ghz rf line or the 32mhz crystal for my chip?

Im making a super tiny board and I have to choose one of these but I am not sure which is safer to do. Yeah on 2.4ghz it might add a little bit of inductance and reduce the range but it wont completely break the board. But on the 32mhz crystal im not sure how it will react. Im using the crystal for a nrf52840. And if i do the crystal via do i have to change my load capacitors from 12pf to smth lower?
