What to join TPU and PVC pipes with?

Hello everyone.

Does anyone have experience and has ever had to glue a TPU95A print to a PVC pipe in a extremally durable way? I need to glue those two things together so strongly that separation would become near impossible without destroying both parts.

So far, I have tried polymer construction glue and Tetrahydrofluorane (I recommend it for bonding TPU to TPU), but unfortunately, they do not bond well enough. I should add that heat welding of plastics works, but it is not an option here due to the shape of the parts.

I decided to ask you before I start buying billion different types of adhesives and testing everything one by one.
