I am still in genuine disbelief that I got this.

I've been hunting Mewtwo, on and off, for about two weeks now. Even touch traded a friend's Mewtwo for the shiny charm and a lure (*if that even works*) so I could maximize my chances. Last night, I decided I'd give it a few goes before bed. Of course, when I was paying the least amount of attention, *he showed up*. But I wasn't truly ready for the hurt he was ready to put me through. Aside from like one good critical hit, he recovered, and went about one-shotting my entire team.... and leaving.

A loss like that would make you want to quit. I'm too dumb and stubborn to give up on something like that so when I woke up, I ate breakfast and went straight back to it. It took only a few hours before I got another one. This time I pulled out the "support trainer" and jumped his lime green ass before chucking the master ball at him. *This is the only time I've yelled in joy at Let's Go during my entire play through*.

I wish I had kept count, but I was forgetting to count resets and then correcting them more than I'd like to admit, so I just gave up on counting. I think I was at around 280 before I stopped, but I almost certain the final number was under odds.

Honestly, I don't think anything I've hunted up until now beats actually having one of these to call my own. It's just insane to me.  


**Long story short**: I found a shiny Mewtwo after two weeks, lost it, found another one the same day, and caught that one.
