Game runs smooth except for the more often then not stutter and the crash at the catapult.

So I finally tried AC6 after getting it on sale, but the game keeps stuttering occasionally, despite running smoothly at 60 fps on high graphics. The game crashed at the catapult in the tutorial, tried loading the save, but the game just keeps crashing.
