Go To Next AND Play in one keystroke?

Hello Premiere Hive-mind!

I'm in a situation where I'm going through hours of clips on a timeline (stringout), and jumping from one clip to another, pressing down to move, and then immediately space to play.

Is there a way to change settings or make a custom keybind in Premiere (non-macro) to make a single button do both? I've tried altering a keyboard shortcut with both functions, and it will only do one or the other.
