Does anyone else feel cringy?

I dont mean to offend anyone with this post

I grew up in the church my whole life, but in my teenage years I strayed from God and now as an adult I find it hard to get back.

Gospel music is a little cringy to me, it makes my stomach twist in uncomfortable knots, it can be a little corny and on the nose.

The idea of going to church every sunday is kind of off putting.

Does anyone have similar experiences or have any advice?
