Has anyone used South Downs Travel insurance?

Hi all,

I'm in the process of applying for a Spanish visa from the UK and was wondering if anyone has used South Downs or Cover Wise recently and received a visa?

I previously used South Downs for non schegnen trips where the insurance wasn't this strictly enforced. Their policy (just like Cover Wise) does not include the medical coverage amount on the certificate but the policy paper mentions it. Does this mean the policy paper needs to be submitted with my application then?
