Study Permit Extension

Hello, I am waiting for my study permit extension application to move forward but I feel it is stuck forever. Contacted MP office, webforms and calls. No use. The agents say they have notified the office that the file is pending and it has crossed the processing time limit. I am so distressed. I have a full time job offer on healthcare setting. Just waiting for extension so that I can apply for the PGWP. Anyone on the same boat?
