Have I lost EVERYTHING?

I used to grind this game from 2020-2023 and recently decided to come back to it. My account is still there, and I’ve downloaded almost everything back, but I have pretty much no progress. Only the basic weapons are unlocked, skins I spent money on are all gone too. I’m stuck with 4 default characters. Please help me this sucks!
