Been waiting a year for funding and my account is "Recertification Submitted" what do I do??? Please Help me!!

I got a question what do I do when I have applied for this program back in May 2021 and I went through QC review and all that and was good to go and then I go from basically being ready to go to the payment status part of it I was thinking but since December my account says "recertification submitted".... I have yet to receive any funds whatsoever and now it has me in what looks to be, me recertifying for more funds. I call the call center number and basically get the BS of them pretending to be helping me or checking into it and leaving me hanging and I think this is a little bit ridiculous I've been waiting a year with no help does anybody know what I can do to get a hold of somebody that can help me or am I even on the right site for checking my account on the neighborlysoftware.com site???
