There are WAY too many "fill the bar" quests

Currently going through all the side quests, and MY GOD are there a lot of "fill the bar" quests. Like I realize this has been a thing in WoW forever (i'm a 21 year vet myself going back to Vanilla) but they've really upped the amount of these kinds of quests in Midnight. My only solution is, Blizzard, if you must insist on giving us this kind of "content", at the very least, please make the bars fill way, way faster.
