Any MD here having access to the CloudPAT by Zoll Itamar?

I’m a physician form Armenia, not a tech person, and I ran into a frustrating problem.

I bought a supposedly new ZOLL Itamar WatchPAT device on eBay, but it turns out it cannot be used because it requires a PIN access that was not provided by the seller. From what I understand, even with the device in hand, the reports may still remain tied to the cloud system.

Has anyone dealt with this situation through the official route? I’m trying to understand:

1. Whether ownership/access can be legitimately transferred
2. Whether ZOLL/Itamar can reset or reassign the device
