How to support this countertop bridge

I am planning on getting countertops installed on these wall mounted IKEA cabinets.

Cabinet depth is 15".

I know I have to support the bridge between the cabinets, but what is enough?

- I don't think a 2x4 to the wall at the back is enough.

- a piece of .5" flatbar across will definitely sag

Currently the only options I see are:

- wall bracket like these

- angle bracket across like this

Any suggestions would be much appreciated
