(Please read before replying) How do I learn to write without help?

Currently when I want to write/put together an idea(mostly short notes about something that popped in my head), I do it like this:

1. Write down the raw idea I have.
2. Ask llm "This is (raw idea) I have, write on this using this (structure)"
3. Edit the response generate by llm.

How do I get less dependent on LLMs so I don't have to keep relying on them to make my writing organized & refined? Also, any book(or any other resources) that teaches this?
