Curious to hear people's thoughts about what you'd do if you could revamp Delta's boarding policy. For simplicity and consistency, sample answer (my opinion):

(Pre): Crippled people and 360

Group 1: First/Delta One/Diamond

Group 2: PS/C+/Platinum

Military and Families with children

Groups 3: Silver Gold and Credit Card BS

switch to general line and leave SP line open

Groups 4-8: based on seat rows
