Skiing Pirita (near Tallinn TV tower)

I'm looking for nordic skiing in public bus or train reach of Tallinn. This park seems like the best and I heard they have gear rental. Has anyone gone recently and is there still snow for this weekend? Where exactly do you go to rent the skis? Anyone know if there is a building ? Thank you.
