Guy seemed really into me and now his friends say he is 'not sure'

I met this guy about 2 and a half weeks ago. one night I got drunk and flirted with him. for the next week we continued texting that way and went out with friends a few times and once just us two. He used to text me all the time. He likes me for sure cause his friends used to tell me that but for the past week he has been kind of distant? idk what happened suddenly cause we went out together alone twice before that and it was fine but then we just stopped talking and now his friends are saying he is not sure about me. I don't know what to do honestly. I got kinda attached cause he gave me all of his attention and treated me really well till he just disappeared. We still somewhat text but it is not the same. What should I do? I really to know if he is still into me or not so I can move on or do something about it.
