[Switch 2] Did 2K just.. lied about Cross-Community Creations?

Cornell said it was Nintendo's fault that there's "delay" receiving creations from other consoles because of content review, but there's something weird about it.

1-There's not an option for enable or disable Cross-Content Creations, like the other consoles.

2-I've read in this community like 2 times that uploaded content from Switch 2 is unavailable on the other consoles as well, and I don't think that's because of content review.

It looks like Switch 2 is isolated like PC. And even if this is just because of the "early access" thing and they release a patch on march 13 enabling it, it sucks that those who purchase an early access edition receive and incomplete product. 2K ignoring everyone doesn't help either.
