Best Platform to find a serious CS2 Team?

Hey folks!

I’m looking to find a solid group of players to queue and improve with in Counter-Strike 2.

Solo queue has been inconsistent, and I would rather build real chemistry with a consistent stack or possibly join a structured team environment. There are so many options out there. Discord servers, third party hubs, competitive platforms. It is hard to know which ones are actually active and worth the time.

If you have successfully found teammates recently:

Where did you find them?

Was it through a platform, community, or league?

Did it lead to long term teammates or just short term stacks?

I am mainly looking for something organized and competitive, not random matchmaking.

Appreciate any serious suggestions.
