How to get rid of nausea?

Was without dose for two days. I tried to take my dose today and immediately threw it up. I am so nauseous I can’t even think about taking more. I can’t look at it. I can’t smell it without puking. Tried to take smaller dose and I am still so insanely nauseous I feel like I am dying. What can I do?
