Suggest a good barber

I've been growing my hair for around 1.5 years and have finally decided to get a trim. For reference i have long wavy hair and looking to keep the length medium/long. I have a budget of 1500rs please suggest someone who knows how to deal with long hair , preferably near DHA.

Have had bad past experiences so don't want to mess this up. Any help would be appreciated.
