Refund from cebu pacific

Hi,

Anyone is able to get a refund from cebu pacific because of current situation thats going on in UAE?

I have a flight at 14th but i wont be able to travel because of the situation and best they offer is that they can give travel funds.

They are not being supportive and not realizing whats going on..

Any idea how to deal with this?
