Night time raid incident with neighbor's dog

Story

The other night I queued up to host a raid on Pokegenie and the egg didn't hatch until like 8:45 PM so by the time I got people in the lobby it was over 30 minutes later. I did the raid and afterwards I started to walk back home. This gym is less than two minutes from my house. As I was walking home, someone that lives on the street was letting their dogs out to go to go potty off leash (these dogs are never on leashes and have terrible recall). I'm on the other side of the street when they both sprint up to me barking and snarling.

I yell to the owner "Yo get your dogs!"

And she says "Oh you are fine they are friendly".

Then one of them starts kind of like lunging / feinting and was showing its teeth and stuff so I was like "Get your fucking dogs now!". Then it steps even more toward so me so I step toward it and I'm getting ready to throw this dog across the street, no joke (They are both poodles and probably like 50-60 lbs).

So she sprints across to try to grab them because I'm about to defend myself however I have to against these dogs. I'm not a small dude and I think she realizes that and they finally go back to her and her husband who has come out because he probably heard me yelling at the dogs.

I tell them they need to control their dogs and if their recall is that bad, then probably put them on a leash. And they say well what are you even doing this late at night walking around? That's kind of creepy. I guess 9:30 at night with walking shoes and bright clothes is creepy now. Anyways I walk back home and as I am getting to my house which they can see because its only like a couple doors down they are like what are you even doing? Do you even live there? I don't respond and walk in.

So overall great night.... not sure the 82% IV Articuno was worth it. Not sure how to handle these neighbors or dogs in the future. This wasn't the first time these dogs have done this, they have done this when I am walking my dogs on leash as well. Be safe of there people!
