Can i get my mational insurance number early?

Im 15 and 4 months and i was trying to apply for a job at the pharmacy but they said i needed a national insirance number to get paid. I know theyre automatically given at 15 and 9 months but is there any way i can apply for one/ get mine now? Any advice would be helpful
