Variable Dump Load

Is there a nice solution to control the amount of power consumed by a dump load (Immersion water heater) with a Cerbo GX when there is excess solar/full batteries.

The Victron EV Charger seems to do exactly this, but only for EV's , I am looking for a solution like this for other loads connected to the Victron Ecosystem.
