Trying to simplify my cleaning supplies

I moved into a new apartment recently and when I went to buy cleaning supplies I realized there are way more products than I expected. Separate sprays for mirrors, counters, bathrooms, floors, etc. For people who like keeping things simple, what do you actually use regularly? Is there one cleaner you rely on most?
