Could I have been faster on my exam?

I had an online timed exam yesterday, and I was unable to get it finished on time. The test was a hour and thirty minutes, twenty-six questions, ten of which were multiple choice, eight were written responses that had a 4-6 sentence requirement, and another eight were a 10-12 sentence requirement. I've taken a class with this professor before, so I knew the general setup of her exams, and I knew that most of the exam was written responses. But last semester in the class I had her, the exam didn't have a time limit, and so it threw me off that this one had one. On top of that, I am a slow typer, and I tend to take a while on writing questions. My first instinct was to think that the test time was too short, but it could also be that I'm not fast enough, and I could've been better prepared. I know that the final will be similar, because that was how it was in her class last semester (Art History I last semester, Art History II this semester).
