Relocation reimbursement

In my offer letter for delottie usi it is mentioned that I have relocated reimbursement upto 50k and it will be reimburseable for transport and courier. I have booked my tickets and already travelled to my base location. How can I claim the reimbursement for this travel It would be great if anyone can give steps since I'm new to the organisation and it's a bit confusing to me
