Ls1 lifters vs ls7 lifters pushrod length
According to my research, LS7 lifters are generally considered more reliable and stronger than LS one lifters, I have a 2000 Corvette that developed lifter tech, I decided to replace the lifters for the long-term, as they are considered drop in and are compatible with the LS one, the main difference is what push rod meaning for them. The stock LS one push rods are stated to be 7.400”, while they actually measure closer to 7.380”, I am unsure whether to use 7.400” chromoly pushrods for the new lifters or 7.350” chromoly pushrods as I’ve gotten different answers. Does anybody here have any information on the matter?
