MMC Credentials

Trying to get work in the refineries. I’ve already obtained a Twic card but now trying to obtain MMC credentials just to put on my resume. I know a lot of the refinery work is more about who you know. I have a brother and a good friend that works in the industry. But my question is, after finishing paper work for my MMC where do I turn it into? Or who?
