help! sleep and wake window q

What is your 11 week olds wake window and then how long do they nap for? Our 11 week old boy sleeps in crate from 11-7am with no potty’s. He does great.

Daytime is a effing nightmare. He hates the crate and will sleep for an hour, wake up freaking out, I’ll take him potty and he still won’t go back to sleep. We’re struggling. We want to be able to leave for an hour and a half or 2 hours but we literally can’t. I’m drowning.

We do all of the positives, feeding in there, toys, treats during day etc and he sleeps wonderfully at night.

I’m doing a reset to try and get him to sleep longer and doing 60 min wake windows but he just woke up 20 min into his nap freaking out. He has peed, had water, etc.

I’m beyond myself and so stressed out.

We don’t have room to have a pen/crate so he only has the crate .
