Poke Genie Keyboard

So I updated my game yesterday or 2 days ago and since doing so, every single Pokémon in my storage has lost its Poke Genie Keyboard numbers. I just noticed and even tried to re-add numbers back to a Pokémon but it appears it won’t save or appear since the update. Anybody else having this issue or am I just SOL?
