How would the CIS organically develop if it was founded by Naboo post TPM?

Now, I'm working on a Star Wars AU where the Naboo found the CIS for quite a while now and I'm currently trying to build an organic development progress.

But I'm currently a bit stuck. Now, where I currently stand at is with the Naboo allying with the Mere Resistence over their shared adversary, the Trade Federation and allude to a possible Alliance with the Hapes Consortium who opened up much earlier in this timeline.

But now I don't really know how to continue so I come to you for aid.

*Btw, Dooku hasn't fallen to the dark side in this but has left the Jedi Order.
