Key Insights on tech stack of MCA or Small Loans broker from 7 converstions

I had an amazing chat with multiple folks working in the MCA space.
I know the sample set is not large enough:

• 100% of them are planning to use AI, but are unsure where to begin.
• 80% of brokers were not focusing on low hanging fruits (half-finished applications)
• 50% of them had a serious security threat on their website
• 60% of them are not doing A/B Testing with copy.
• 45% of them did not have heatmaps on their website forms
