mini twists with knots at the end?

just got mini two strand twists and my stylist tied each off by wrapping the my hair around itself at the ends and making a knot. i asked her if thats gonna cause problems in 2 weeks when i have to take them out and she said no but idk... seems like a recipe for disaster to me. any thoughts?
