Got my account back 2 months later

Today I finally got my account back for the third time (CSE). I had been waiting since January 7. I don’t want to log into my account again before learning what I should do. After resetting my iPhone, I will create a new Apple ID. Would it cause any problems if I use the same Wi-Fi network that I used before while doing this?

Also, after I log back into my account, should I remove the connected Facebook account and change my email and phone number?
