Serpent Fang item

How does Serpent Fang fair on Ambessa, and where could it fit into her build? Passive wise, I think SF has one of the best in the game (I hate champs with shields so much. Looking at you tahm kench) but the stats on the actual item aren't great since it doesn't have ability haste or health. I know it wouldnt be part of her regular build but say they have like Lee Sin, TK, and a support who gives shielding. Would it be a second item? third?
