Best icing method?

Can anyone share what is the best icing method? I got mine yesterday and I’m icing with an iced water bottle, it’s like the best option right now but I just feel like it’s still not getting cold enough. Ice packs the ones that work for 20 minutes aren’t cold enough either. Any other alternatives? I want my icing to be effective.
