How to tell shadow ban

I used to receive a ton of likes and matches on hinge but I inexplicably got banned from it a few months ago with no reason

So, I started using bumble a few months ago using quite a similar profile but somehow received only 3 likes and 1 match, which was odd due to my previous app experiences and honestly even my real life experiences as I do receive compliments and good success on offline channels with girls.

I decided to use a bumble boost and got literally 0 likes, I may not be a 10/10 but this seems extremely sus to me. Can someone help me understand what is going on?
