Delayed trip reimbursement denied

I had a flight delayed 15 hours causing us to miss one night of hotel stay. I submitted a claim via claim file website that capital one told me to and was denied because it was “pre paid” already. Everything was prepaid via the venturex travel portal. Anything else I can try to do to get some money back?

Also the actual airline (emirates) refused any compensation as well.
