Neighbor dog concern

We have a dog that frequently poos in our yard. My dog will sometimes eat it and I am concerned after going to clean it up recently and seeing white pieces in it. I’d like to talk to the neighbor but want to make sure I am not assuming something without being sure that there is a problem. Is there somewhere I could send a photo for confirmation or reassurance that everything is okay?
