Crazy ping spikes and fps drops and I have no idea why
For like a month or so, I have had really weird ping spikes and simultaneously with these ping spikes, my fps drops to like 0-10. I have it on multiple games like Valorant, Minecraft and Rocket League but I have noticed I have it less on Roblox and do not have any of the stutters in Rocket League freeplay but I do have it in the range in Valorant. I also have it sometimes in game menus and have seen it happen on chrome but that may have been because I had a game in the background. I have tried to run games with the least amount of background apps open and I did a bufferbloat test because some guy told me to do it but I have no idea what it means. I've tried reducing roaming aggressiveness on my wifi driver to 1.Lowest but it still didn't do anything. When I restart the lag goes for like a minute but comes back. I genuinely have no idea what this is please help. Another weird detail is when I tab out of the game and tab back in, the lag goes for like 20-30 seconds.
