Help me find right drivers for my laptop

hey guys i have lenovo laptop ( Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9 ) and i am having huge trouble with the current latest drivers they give me huge lags and crashes i cant even play anything and my laptop GPu watt is locked at 60W i don't know why but it used to go to 95W my specs are -

• CPU: Intel Core i5‑12450HX
• GPU: NVIDIA Ge Force RTX 3050 Laptop GPU 6GB
• RAM: 16 GB DDR5
• Storage: 512 GB SSD

i have issues with every driver uploaded above 591.74 and i have currently installed 591.74 driver at least lag and crashes stopped but GPU still stuck at 60W and i have search online and their recommendation goes to 566.36 driver its quite old driver so am wondering i there any driver suitable for my laptop.
