[ON] Anyone here have a Ownr account? Worth keeping yearly membership?

I created my corporation via Ownr to save on fees. I am a simple 1 Person IT Corp. Nothing less and likely nothing more at least for the next 5 years.

I manage all bookkeeping and finances as they're basic and simple. Ownr mentioned my renewal is coming up next month and I am failing to see a reason why I need it.

Anyone here have kept their membership after the first year/creation of corporation?
