OBGYN near Camp Lejeune

Hi everyone! We are PCSing to Camp Lejeune in the middle of my second trimester of my first pregnancy. Unfortunately, this means that I have to find a new OB/GYN and hospital to give birth at. As you can probably imagine, as a first time mom, I am slightly freaking out about this.

For any of you who have had babies near Camp Lejeune, if you could please recommend any in-network (i have tricare and plan to get a referral out in town) hospitals or OB/GYN‘s that you had a really good experience with, that would be SO appreciated! I don’t really have a lot of criteria, like I don’t need anybody who is super gentle or has amazing bedside manner (although that is obviously a plus!) what I really want is a doctor/hospital that is very competent, pro-vaccine, and respectful of my birth plan choices (I am interested in potentially doing nontraditional things as part of my birth plan, including side-lying or potentially giving birth on all fours).

Trying to do research is so overwhelming when the Internet either doesn’t have enough information or has conflicting information. I am also really interested in hearing if you’ve had bad experiences with certain doctors or hospitals, because that is great information to know where to stay away from. And if you don’t feel comfortable posting names on a public forum (totally understandable) I would so appreciate it if you just privately messaged me!
